  • Can I change the font style on my chosen template?
    All of our design templates have been designed with fonts that work well with the style and layout of the design. But if you woud like to use another font, please let us know and we will check and let you know if it's suitable to substitute.
  • Making changes after you have approved our design proof
    If you need to make a change or noticed an error after you have approved the final proof, please contact us immediately to check production status. Changes cannot be made once your order has gone to print.
  • Can I use my own logo?
    Absolutely, our designer will personalise your chosen design template to match the colours/style to your logo. Please email your logo to hello@designki.com with subject line quoting your Order Number.
  • Can I add an additional element to the design template?
    No problems. If you would like to add an additional element to the design template, please provide a description in our 'Input Design Changes Box' during order process, our designer will personalise the template for you to approve after we received your order and payment.
  • Custom Design Charges
    In general: For Custom Business Card Design: from $80 For Custom Invitation: from $120, additional items (such as RSVP, Wishing Well) $35 per item. Custom Design Fees are based on design styles. So please contact us for an exact quote.
  • I want to add few more lines of information, but I don't think the design can fit?"
    Don't worry. Just provide all the exact wording you need, and our designer can adjust the layout accordingly to make this work for you.
  • Rush Orders
    " I need it done...like, yesterday !" No worries, if you're in a rush, Express Design Proof and Express Printing Services are available for purchase on our online store under ' Collection Filter : extra fees '.
  • design review
    After you purchased your order, and before print production, we will email you a design proof. During the order process, you should have input all your design changes, our designer will personalise your chosen template and incorporate all your design requests. Any minor changes to the design will be applied, and final proof approval is required before we commence print production.
  • Can I change the orientation of the design from landscape to portrait?
    Sure you can. Our designer can assit adjusting the design template to meet your needs.
  • colour variations - computer/mobile screen vs. printed product
    Whilst we make every reasonable effort to accurately display colours of our products/designs, the actual colour you see will depend on your display device, and we can not guarantee that your display screen will accurately display such colours. Keep in mind that screen colours tend to be a lot brighter than printed colours, very bright and intense colours such as neons, will printed with less details. Sometimes the type of paper stock used will also affect the colour outcome, if there is a very specific colour you want printed, please contact us and our designer can assist with colour matching.
  • Do you have minimum order quantity?
    Yes we do. The minimum order quantity for each product can be referred to the quantity section of each item in our online store. For business card is usually 100 ; Invitation is usually 20. Your chosen print type and in some cases the type of paper used can affect these quantities.
  • Urgent Orders
    " I need to jump the queue and get my goods in...like, yesterday ! " Yes we get that :) We do offer express service. Please contact us to check how soon we can get your order in production.
  • Can I get a printed proof first?
    Sorry, we do not provide printed sample due to the setup cost involved. If you would like to see our paper stocks or product samples, they are available for purchase online: designki.com/samples
  • Why is the pricing cost more for less quantity?
    Yes. The cost per unit decreases as the order quantity increases due to setup and operation costs.
  • Can I get my own design printed?
    Yes, of course! Please email us your artwork and provide details of how you would like printed as well as printing quantity, and we can provide a quote for you to confirm.
  • Design Proof Turnaround
    Design Proof Turnaround begins when we receive your order and payment. Standard Design Proof Turnaround - usually within 3 business days Express Design Proof Service available ($35) - within 24 hours
  • Printing Turnaround
    Please note printing turnaround begins when we receive your final artwork approval.
  • Domestic & International Shipping
    WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Free Express Postage (1-2 business days for metro areas, remote areas may take longer) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you're purchasing from outside Australia, please contact us for postage costs prior to completing an online order. Please provide your shipping location, order quantity and template number (eg. DK001) to confirm postage cost.
  • Can I pick up my order?

  • How quick can I get my samples?
    We will dispatch your samples within 1 business day after receiving your order. Shipping time frame depends on your location. If you're in a rush, please choose express shipping. + STANDARD PRIORITY POST (FREE): 3 - 5 business days + EXPRESS POST ($7): 1 - 2 business days
  • Can I request for a specific sample?
    We will always try to accommodate your requests, however, depends on if we have that particular sample as left over or as extras in our production house.
  • Why some of the products have more print type options than the other?
    Correct! If the print type is not listed as an selection then that means this template design is not suitable to produce in this print type.
